Hawaii is the last American state, which considers the legalization of online gambling after the introduction of online casinos bill.
Proposed by Senator Will Espero bill allows players who have reached the age of 18 to gain access a range of online casino games, but prohibits sports betting.

If the bill passes, the government will set up a commission to oversee gambling online (Hawaii Internet Lottery & Gaming Corporation). The draft law sets the tax revenues from the market to finance public schools and the University of Hawaii and the development of anti-illegal gambling programs.

Online gambling is now a fully legal in Delaware, New Jersey and Nevada. The only US state in which players will be able to do sports betting remains Nevada.
